This page shows you how to choose a shipping method for your order, estimates shipping costs and shipping times, and provides other useful information about the cwcoo.com shipping process.
Select shipping method
During the checkout process, you can select the desired shipping method on the Billing, Shipping, and Review pages. There are three main shipping methods to choose from:
Expedited Shipping
This shipping method is the fastest. Usually, the delivery time to all major destinations is 10 working days. Shipping rates vary by item, but all orders with expedited shipping will receive a 26% shipping discount.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping takes longer than expedited shipping but costs less. Usually, delivery time to all major destinations is within 30 working days. Shipping rates vary by item, but all orders with standard shipping will receive a 26% shipping discount.
The above delivery estimates do not include order processing time.

There is no shipping on any product with the Free Shipping label, regardless of location or item quantity. Delivery times are usually the same as standard shipping.
Some products come with a free shipping label for bulk sales. This means that shipping is free or discounted when ordering a certain number of items. More details can be found on individual product information pages with this label.

Calculate shipping
Shipping charges are calculated individually based on the quantity and weight of the items in your order and the shipping method selected. Therefore, the price displayed on the product information page does not include shipping.
To estimate shipping costs for any product item or combination of items:
l On the product information page of the product, click the Add to Cart button. Then you will be taken to your cart page.
lView the total shipping cost for the items in your cart under Estimated Shipping at the bottom of the page.
l From the Ship to: drop-down menu, select the country you want to ship your order to for a more accurate calculation of your shipping costs.
l You can also access your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the shopping cart at the top of each page on cwcoo.com.
Note: Once an item has been added to your cart, you have no obligation to order. If you no longer wish to order an item after reviewing the estimated shipping cost, simply click Delete next to the item name in the shopping cart to remove it.
Estimated total delivery time
We take up to 72 hours to process your order and pass all your items through its stringent quality control tests before your order ships. Therefore, the total delivery time is not the same as the individual shipping time.
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Packaging Time + Shipping Time
processing time
From when we receive your order to when we start packing your order. Time to review your order, confirm payment, and make sure your shipping address is correct.
Minimum time: 3 working days.
We will not process your order on Sundays or holidays. Weekend orders of an additional 1 to 2 days are allowed.
packing time
After processing your order, we send it to the warehouse. If the product is still in stock, it will be shipped within a business day or two. You will be notified if your order is out of stock. Minimum time: 2 working days
Shipping time
The time it takes for the shipping company to deliver or deliver your package to you. Times vary depending on the shipping method you choose.
Minimum time: 2 - 6 business days (expedited shipping)
